Now when viewing a single game event, you can see who else is booked for the event. You will also be able to see what comments, if any, that they have made. Therefore, start adding in the comments of what character/s you are looking to play. Example: Paladin lvl 2, Fighter lvl 10, Cleric lvl 2, etc. This will allow others to see what folks want to/can play. For the events, that have more then one event, I am working on getting the listing to show what event they are booked for instead of time booked. I am also looking at how to get the view to show all events someone is booked for the day as currently it just shows the last one booked (only affects game days with multiple time slots). I have been working with someone who is either direct support for the app or is just extremely familiar with it and coding.
When booking an event, please do not book yourself into multiple event spots unless they are at different times. I.E. Scenario A & B are both being run at 12pm and therefore John Doe should not be booked for both events. If Scenario A is at 12pm and Scenario B is at 7pm, then it is ok to book a spot in each. It is also ok to book multiple spots into the same event if you are booking for you and another person. What appears to be happening is folks are booking into 2 events being run at the same time. I assume this is, for the most part, intentional to save a spot in each either so you can choose which to play or in case 1 doesn’t fill up. You can not book a spot in both games and must make a choice on which you want to play. You are taking up a spot that someone else could have booked into. If you want to book a spot in 1 event but your friend, significant other, kid, etc wants to be in a different event, they will need to sign up under their own name. Going forward, when we see someone booked for a spot in 2 events at the same time, their bookings will be deleted freeing up both slots.
Should anyone have any questions, please feel free to ask.
